Meanwhile I have figured out that the only lines which is causing the error is the following at .cproject file.

before: 

<sourceEntries>
						<entry flags="VALUE_WORKSPACE_PATH|RESOLVED" kind="sourcePath" name=""/>
					</sourceEntries>


after: 

<sourceEntries><entry flags="VALUE_WORKSPACE_PATH|RESOLVED" kind="sourcePath" name="Src" /><entry flags="VALUE_WORKSPACE_PATH|RESOLVED" kind="sourcePath" name="Inc" />
						
					</sourceEntries>





if I revert that line to “before” state, everything works fine.
