download library very very hard

I come from China, I download the firmware library is very difficult, 12 hours for 99%, and download have not successfully, I usually use ThunderBird, download the official firmware library from ST, including STM32CUBE firmware library.

I want to manually install the firmware library, what can i do?Thank you.
