Don't Install From Ecipse - UBUNTU
Hello Everyone,
Apparently the Ac6 guide on how to install SWSTM32 from Eclipse in UBUNTU resulted in my case with Built C/C++ -> Settings stalling Eclipse with the ‘cogball’ rolling infinitely. It is not to be ignored since inside these settings the linker settings are managed. So you cannot trust the IDE. I constantly had compilation errors that didn’t make sense at it all was becoming ridiculously obstructing.
Best is to get rid of any Eclipse installation on your system unless for other use and download the installer file (filename.run) and follow the instructions for the installation in UBUNTU.
Greets,
Ben
