L152 new project HAL based loads old stm32cube_fw_l1_v130

Just came to realize that the new L1 project I started was downloading the older HAL dev enviroment library. It actually downloaded ‘stm32cube_fw_l1_v130.zip’

On the stm webpage there is already v1.4.0 available for the L1.

Is there a way I can upgrade my OpenSTM IDE with 1.4?

Hello Mattes,

The lattest SW4STM32 plugins updates are using ‘stm32cube_fw_l1_v140.zip’. Have you done a “Check for updates” in the “Help” menu in order to download the latest version of the plugins ?

No I have not updated it yet. But I don’t fully understand.

I just created a new workspace with a new HAL project, shouldn’t it than automatically pull the latest 1.4.0 (instead of the 1.3.0)?
