SW4STM32 and SW4Linux fully supports the STM32MP1 asymmetric multicore Cortex/A7+M4 MPUs

With System Workbench for Linux, Embedded Linux on the STM32MP1 family of MPUs from ST was never as simple to build and maintain, even for newcomers in the Linux world. And, if you install System Workbench for Linux in System Workbench for STM32 you can seamlessly develop and debug asymmetric applications running partly on Linux, partly on the Cortex-M4.
You can get more information from the ac6-tools website and download (registration required) various documents highlighting:

ST Motor Control Workbench and PMSM FOC LIBv4.2

Hi all

I’m developing and application using the PMSM FOC LIBv4.2 and a STM32F4Discovery board.
I have no idea how to use this library with AC6 tools, do you have any suggestions?

Alex

Hi Alex,

I guess for the moment it is impossible, at least with the WEB distribution of the FOC-SDK because part of the distribution is a compiled library, and it is available for IAR or Keil but not for GCC.

Starting from the source code it should be possible and not too much complex to make a port for GCC, but this is another story :-)

Best regards,
Stefano
