With HAL, how do I "ENABLE" SPI ?
Hi,
Before HAL I had to “SPI_Init” then “SPI_Cmd(SPI1, ENABLE)”.
With HAL I only see “HAL_SPI_Init”.
In HAL I see that “SPI_CR1_SPE” is set in “HAL_SPI_Transmit”.
I’d rather enable the SPI before I need it to save time (time critical application) AND not use “HAL_SPI_Transmit” for same reason.
Should I just:
SPIx->CR1 |= SPI_CR1_SPE;
after “HAL_SPI_Init”?
Anything else I need to take care of?
