Zephyr project on STM32

Hello elgarbe,

There will not be a product installer for the v1.4 release. Instead, you should download the v1.3 release and update the tool through “Help” > “Check for updates...”.

And yes, the v1.4 release includes in particular support for F4 HAL v1.8. library.
