System Workbench for STM32 v1.4.0 release

A new version has been released and is available through Eclipse update system (“Help > Check for Updates”).

This quick update fixes minor bugs and add the support of ST new chips : STM32F410, STM32F469/F479.

Thank you for using System Workbench for STM32.

Release highlight :

Support new chip STM32F401, STM32F469/F769
Support new NUCLEO and EVAL boards (see list of supported STM32 boards)
Minor fix on new project wizard when no internet connection
Remove obsolete firmwares
