Zephyr project on STM32

Problems with downloading the standard library

I need to use the standard library when creating the project, and when I click Download it prompts me “. Not able to establish connection to remote host! Have you tried to revisit network connections preferences settings? ” . But I can download the HAL library when I download it. What’s the reason for this?
