unable to install std peripherals

I am trying to install the the standard peripheral library for STM32F103C MCU.
while selecting download firmware option following error is displayed

Sounds firmware installation has failed for internal reason

Error code = ERROR_FILESYSTEM_ACCESS_ISSUE

after that i tried manually downloading the library and copied the downloaded files to the following location
“C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Ac6\SW4STM32\firmwares”

Still not able to use the library for firmware configuration

Any solution for the issue
