Error while compiling: No rule to make target 'RCS/../', needed by '../'. Stop

Hello!
I had problems in compiling so I added -mcpu=cortex-m4 in compiler options
And now I have error while compiling:
No rule to make target ‘RCS/../’, needed by ‘../’. Stop
