ARM7 and NCN5130

I am master student.I want to ask you a question about KNX.I want to send command from ARM7 to KNX protocol.I have KNX NCN5130 chip.I will send the commands from ARM7 to NCN5130 and it will convert them to KNX protocol but I dont know how to do it.Can you help me please? I can’t use any interface board to realize this directly.
