[project].xml file, generated by CubeMX

Hi,

Properly generated by CubeMX project gets imported in Eclipse SW seamlessly. It turned out that essential (for my project) option SWD (Serial Wire Debug) is found only in project.xml file. Apparently, it does not contribute to the generated code, which is curious. What Eclipse plugin or utility reads and uses project.xml file?
