Problems during installation

Looking for help with this issue:


Windows 7, Eclipse Neon 3

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=C__Program Files_eclipse_cpp-neon_eclipse, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
