Error when attempting to install SW4STM32 onto Eclipse Neon.3

I recently pruchased an stm32f4 board to play around with and I am trying to instal the workbench but am running in to an issue. I have installed the latest version of eclipse neon.3 onto my laptop and when attemptinmg to install SW4STM32 onto eclipse using the steps listed here: http://www.openstm32.org/Installing+System+Workbench+for+STM32+from+EclipseQuestion
I come up with this error code in the middle of the installation:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,fr.ac6.mcu.externaltools.arm-none.win32,1.13.2.201703061525.
MD5 hash is not as expected. Expected: 8d2b798bb2de928ebf89f61b22d0ec7a and found d3ab10ea83e6f6b21169ad509665e338.

If someone could steer me in the right direction that would be great!

Eclipse Luna works best for me in Xubuntu 16.04 64bit. It is possible to have multiple Eclipse installations on your HDD, try an older version of Eclipse.

I did the install on a different wi-fi network and that seemed to do the trick for me.
