failed eclipse plug-in update to System Workbench for STM32 v1.12.1 release
The exact same problem has puzzled me for a while. I think they do have files missing.

If you look up for '201612060912', you will find 5 matches.
If you look up for '201611241417', you get 14 matches.
I don't know, but I think it might explain the problem.
