    Has anyone used SW4STM32 and CubeMX or the firmware Reopsitory to set up a portion of the flash using fs and using it like a disk?

    sorry to divert Your question instead of answering: is it rather a SW4STM32 and CubeMX project to set up a portion of (S)RAM using fs (sort of RAMDISK) and using it like a disk?

    yes. I believe it should also be possible to use flash ROM to do it.
