SW4STM32 and SW4Linux fully supports the STM32MP1 asymmetric multicore Cortex/A7+M4 MPUs

With System Workbench for Linux, Embedded Linux on the STM32MP1 family of MPUs from ST was never as simple to build and maintain, even for newcomers in the Linux world. And, if you install System Workbench for Linux in System Workbench for STM32 you can seamlessly develop and debug asymmetric applications running partly on Linux, partly on the Cortex-M4.
You can get more information from the ac6-tools website and download (registration required) various documents highlighting:

File system hierarcy

Is there a document that describes the file system for both the tools and programming files so I can confirm I have what I need where I need it. I loaded the link editor first, then the workbench, and then cubeMX using the workbench install new firmware. Using cubeMX and doing project settings; upon hitting OK I get a caution message stating “The Firmware Package (STM32CubeFW_F4 V1.167.0) or one of its dependencies required by the Project is not available in your STM32CubeMX repository”. Do you want to load this now?” I could just load it but I am afraid it wants to load the whole darn tool again....
Please forgive me, I am a digital and RF hardware guy who has done plenty of assembly programming in the old and simple days and recently dived into C programming (modifying existing code) but with a very simple tool system that was carved out by a real programmer (not me that is) years back.

I just loaded all the above on 9/22/17 so I should be current and why I think I am not missing just dependencies. Wish the message told me exactly what was missing....

I meant STlink V2 not link editor. oops
